Project
Known for snow and rain boots, Sorel creates footwear rooted in function. Somewhere down the line, fashion found and embraced Sorel. And while utility and form continued to set their shoes apart, Sorel partnered with Crispin Porter Bogusky to make sure they didn't lose sight of their principles— by avoiding the clichés of fashion advertising and leaning hard into function.
Our goal was to take fashion out of the equation almost entirely. Focus on the shoe, its construction, its utility, and its use.
